Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 5 business days and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email when your order has shipped with tracking information included.
You have the option to choose between First Class, Priority, and Priority Express shipping speeds. Postage is calculated before you check out, so there are never any surprise charges.
Our Return Policy
We stand behind the products we create. If there is an quality issue with your order or the personalization does not exactly match what you submitted, please contact us so we can correct it immediately.
If there is an issue with your order, or you would like to make a return on a ready made item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you as soon as possible with next steps.
We accept returns on non-personalized products within 14 days of receiving your item. Once a return has been approved, we will send you shipping label. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days of our team receiving the product back in our studio. Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment that the order was made. Please be aware that your bank or credit company may require 2-4 days to process the credit completely.
Because personalized items are made to order, we do not accept returns on custom made product, unless there is an issue. If you have any questions or have an issue with your product, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work to correct it immediately.
Please review your order before submitting. Check spelling, dates and sizes carefully. We only accept returns if the product personalization differs from the information you provided while completing the order form. Should you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please contact us within one (1) hour of receiving your order confirmation email.
